Calcium profiles measured on drilled cores from the 15 concrete blocks placed at the Fehmarnbelt exposure site are presented below. The profiles were measured after approximately six months (203 days) of exposure to the marine environment, and for each block, two cores were drilled, i.e. one from below sea level and one from the splash zone.
All profiles were obtained according to the method described in APM 214, May 1995: Concrete testing – Hardened concrete – Calcium content.
